I have been a licensed massage therapist for over 10 years - graduating from the Swedish Institute, College of Health Sciences in 2008. In 1994, I graduated from Manhattan College, earning a B.S. degree in Physical Education/Exercise Science. In addition to being a massage therapist, I am also a personal trainer, doing so for the last 25 years. Always seeking ways to improve my skills and increase my knowledge, I regularly take continuing education courses. This included participation in a mentorship program at the Gray Institute, The Leader in Functional Movement, under physical therapist Gary Gray. I have experience working with clients who suffer from TMJD, Text Neck, Shoulder Pain, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, and Back Pain. My specialties include, therapeutic massage, cupping therapy, deep tissue, myofascial release, and swedish massage. Whether you need work on an area of chronic pain, injury, or just a relaxing massage, I would be happy and honored to work with you.
