Cancellation Policy

There is a STRICT 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. As a small business, late cancellations really hurt my business. We kindly request all cancellations be made no later than 24 HOURS before your scheduled appointment. We will be happy to accommodate you if the request is made in advance. Unfortunately, last minute cancellations can not be refunded or used as credit. If you need to CHANGE or CANCEL your appointment, you MUST notify us at least 24 HOURS in advance in order to avoid a 50% CANCELLATION FEE - which will be applied to your credit card or package on file. Clients who NO-SHOW or CANCEL WITHIN 2 HOURS of their session will be CHARGED IN FULL. Please note that arriving late to your appointment may result in a shorter session, so as not to penalize clients booked after you. Clients over 20 MINUTES LATE will be asked to reschedule their appointment and will be CHARGED the appropriate cancellation fee.
